2) Items of personal information collected
- Name, company name, contact number, email
3) Retention and use period of personal information
Retention and use period according to internal policy: Retention for 3 years from the date of reservation reception or provision of employment information, retention for 3 years after reservation.
However, retention is made according to Article 21 (obligation to ensure safety) and Article 22 (creation and preservation of electronic financial transaction records) of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.
4) Customers have the right to refuse the collection and use of personal information and unique identification numbers. However, if they exercise their rights, processing of inquiries and complaints may be refused.
